UnitedHealthcare Community Plan members will need to change Medicaid plans to keep visiting Hahnemann University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children and their preferred physicians for non-emergency care.

NJ Medicaid Members

New Jersey Medicaid plan members should contact New Jersey Enrollment Services to ask about their health plan options. Call (800) 701-0710 to speak with a representative about in-network health plans that include St. Chris, or visit www.NJFamilyCare.org for more information.

If you change health plans, you can keep visiting our hospital for your inpatient and outpatient healthcare needs.
